Position Summary 職位綜述：
1.Serve production site. Train operators. Finish production equipments and auxiliaries programming, tooling change over, products and process validation, etc.
服務生產現場。培訓操作者。完成生產設備及輔助設備的編程，工裝更換，產品和工藝確認等。
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities 職責及責任：
1.Work in workshop site to keep the production running well through:
Train operators
Program for CNC machines
Adjust and change over fixtures
Adjust and select cutting tools
Process validation
Product validation
工作于生產現場，保證生產正常運行；
培訓操作者
對數控設備編程
調整和更換夾具
調整和選擇刀具
工藝確認
產品確認
2.Involve and cooperate with PE, ME, Quality and production departments work
Cooperate with PE and ME to finish prototype products production
Cooperate with ME, Quality and production to finish products, process and quality improvements.
Increase OEE by equipments and tooling improvements.
配合產品，工藝，質量和生產部門工作。
與產品和工藝部門配合完成樣件的生產。
與工藝，質量和生產配合完成對產品，工藝和質量改進。
通過對設備和工裝的改進來提高OEE。
3.Rework and temporary process assurance, production process change management, fixtures and cutting tooling optimization.
返工返修工藝及臨時工藝制定，生產過程變更管理，夾具刀具及相關工具的優(yōu)化。
Requirements 要求：
1.Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Engineering or above is must.
機械/工程類本科以上學歷。
2.+5 years experience in machining.
在機械加工領域5年以上工作經驗。
3.Familiar with IATF16949 (PFMEA, APQP and SPC) tools is preferred.
熟悉IATF 16949 (PFMEA，APQP和SPC)工具優(yōu)先。
4.Experience with CNC machine operation，programming and is must.
必須有數控設備加工操作，編程經驗。
5.Familiar with computer skill.
熟練操作計算機。
6.+3 years experience in production site.
3年以上生產現場工作經驗。
7.Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
英語口語及讀寫能力。
8.Team work, cross function coordination, diligence and strong sense of responsibility;
較強的團隊合作，跨部門溝通能力。
